New live camera feed arrangements from today

Owing to the HUGE traffic load we’re getting through the website at the moment we’ve upgraded our camera feed pages to a more stable location. You’ll notice up on the top menu that there’s a change in entries. You can now go to the camera info page up there or by clicking here. CSU has kindly helped us in our hour of need and we’ve moved the feeds to a new CSU-based site which should promise to be more stable and reliable; another step in the upgrade path! If you had links to the old pages please change those links to this new location – thanks.

Keep watching and commenting; it’s good to know you’re out there!

  1. Streaming cam…brilliant!! Thanks to all concerned, mind you I have to stay up late to catch your ‘daytime’…not that I mind at all!!

  2. Thank you so much for all your efforts. The new arrangement works well for me, I see them alot more now as I can get the cam most times I try now!

    1. Hi Ash,
Could be a couple of problems there – check that your browser is allowing pop-ups (I saw that stop the feeds the other day in Internet Explorer). This website works better with the likes of Firefox but the new CSU-based feeds pages should be OK in anything. There could also have been a server refresh at the same time as you connected too. Try again and let me know how you go.
