I also meant to mention that while our birds were off duty yesterday, a pair of feral pigeons roosted on the top of the tower a good part of the day. Little did they know!
I should also state that they haven’t brought any food into the box now for 10 days, so I’ll need to start looking around under their roost tree for clues. Unfortunately, this means wading through shoulder high, snake-infested weeds!
Snakes? Hope there’s nothing too interesting about. I don’t know what you have in Orange. There’s only one poisonous species here and I’ve yet to see one!
