It was a rainy day in Orange today and monitoring of Solo showed little enthusiasm to take any jumps. The fledgling seemed quite happy to just sit, or stand, and watch the goings-on in the outside world.
There doesn’t seem to be too much confidence to leave yet, although if Solo is indeed a female it may take another day or two longer than average to leave (if Solo is a male it’s the biggest one we’ve ever seen!). Fortunately for us the favourite dining tree is only just below the tower in the trees so we will no doubt see (and hear!) much more of Solo in the next few weeks.
