Another quiet one today with little to report, except that the roost has been buzzed by a number of different flying creatures today, somewhat disturbing mum in her gravel nest. The odd flock of cockatoos and also galahs had her nervous but they passed by without incident.
Dad’s been a superb provider and has been in a couple of times with an offer of lunch, to which mum has taken off in to the trees below to devour (i.e. the branch on the current website header picture).
At this stage we’re still on target for an expected hatching between 6th and 11th October.
