There appears to have been a completion of egg-laying for this season. Swift is sitting on two of them and seems to be “in it for the long haul” now, staying very close to the eyrie. Analysis of some of the weekend’s recordings show Beau doing a great job in playing his part and he appears to have got the hang of how to sit on the eggs now! The weather is improving and the days are slowly becoming warmer, but we may yet have a cold spell before the cold season finally gives up. All good news for Beau, Swift and their shelly charges…
