Both parents are very good and proving to be vigilant egg-sitters. Yesterday we noticed that the male flew off for a minute or two, abandoning the nest briefly, but was back in no time and settled back in…. until he got kicked off the nest by the female again! We now have a couple of clear photos showing the tops of 2 eggs.
Work is underway to obtain funding and hence new equipment to improve our recording capabilities. We’re also inquiring about sending the signals out on to the Internet, so hopefully soon we can provide some video feeds for everyone.
