FalconCam website template changes

As regular viewers will have noticed we’ve made a big change to the website so we hope you like it. As with any change there’ll be minor glitches but in time they should be ironed out. The slideshow to the right has been removed for now as it appears to have a problem with the most recent version of Flash Player (is a problem with most current browsers right now?) but that will be fixed in time.

If you have any comments or suggestions (we love positive ones!) please make use of the Contact form to the right and tell us what you think.

  2. The very best of luck with your injured charge. Is this the one in Bathurst that we heard about recently? We were wondering if it could’ve been one of our previous hatchlings? Unfortunately we’ve had fun obtaining approval for banding to aid in identification but we will keep trying.

Let us know how you go and if you have any photos we’d love to see them! (email via the Contact form on this website). Thanks for the comment!

    Cheers,
    Scott

    1. Hi Jannice, many thanks for your interest in this project. Our main focus at the moment is to obtain good quality cameras and recording systems to improve our results, but we will also be talking to Charles Sturt University here once more with the specific purpose of creating some web pages to include live camera video streams. Currently we’re an entirely voluntary project. With some luck, and with the help of this month’s fund-raising push in Orange, this should happen sooner than later. We’ll miss this breeding season but will be all set for next year.
      Thanks again,
      Scott
